The double bed was comfortable. The staff was responsive

The TV remotes didn’t work, the shower was leaking water all over the place and some ants in the apartment

Meet all of our expectations.

On the surface nice looking apartment. Location is good, close to parks & transport and restaurants. Separate lounge are was good if one person wanted to go Bed early. Bed comfortable. Pillows way too soft, basically swallows your head. Simple fix is have 1 set of soft pillows and 1 set of firm and let customers decide as sleep is the most important part of the stay.

Internet wifi was not working, advised Host/Owners. Reply with, “yes we know. We hope it’s fixed soon.” ??? Previous review on site also had same issue. Wasn’t working went we left the apartment. So no idea when it will be fixed. TV and Thermostat require Internet access so also useless. Thermostat showing has been no connection for 4 days so it not urgent to have this resolved for guests. Microwave doesn’t work, turns on, food goes round for 5 minutes and is still cold. Asked host if it’s working properly, no response. Ants in the kitchen. Shower head blocked, managed to clean it myself by unclogging the individual outlets on the head blocked due to mineral buildup. Easy fix poor maintenance. Permanent Soap dispenser in shower is empty. Why have it if you’re not going to refil it as part of cleaning review. Overall poor attention to detail and customer service. Just got cut & paste comms/ updates. Overall did not meet expectations.

Location

This apartment was a major disappointment. While the location is convenient, the unit itself was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. It clearly had not been cleaned between guests — for example, the shower was not properly cleaned, the headboard had a thick layer of dust, which was hard to miss. The entire space felt rundown, and there was a general sense of neglect throughout. The photos do not reflect the current condition of the apartment, and I would not recommend booking unless significant improvements are made. Cleanliness and basic upkeep should be a minimum standard for any rental, and unfortunately, that was not met here.

The check in process is super easy. The location is excellent, close to the train and bus station and within walking distance of most sights. Plenty of stores and markets nearby.

The kitchenware is scarce, and the space is really tight for more than three adults. Plus, for some reason, there were a lot of ants in the bathroom.

Coffe machine not working

The apartment was spacious, clean, and nice. All the listed amenities were present and everything was in working order. The staff were helpful and clear with check in/out instructions. I chose this place since its near the park/location where tour guides meet up before group tour. Its also near a grocery and bakery.

Great location and the property had it all! Highly recommended for everyone who want to be next to Zagreb city Center.
