Newly Refurbished-Stunning cosy home, with sea views in Lamlash

Mooi uitzicht over Holy Island . Alles aanwezig inclusief wasmachine en oven.

The view was great.

When your mum sees a glimpse of the property’s balcony and quotes….. ‘ I hope we aren’t staying in there, it’s absolutely minging’ u know the standard of cleanliness isn’t the best. Could be doing with a really good clean! Spider webs everywhere especially at the main view window which I just find totally unacceptable. The main front door is meant to be white not covered in dirt. The beds need put in the skip, I can sleep standing up and even I couldn’t get a good nights sleep on the beds. My pregnant fiancé was absolutely miserable as a cause of this. It’s as if they’ve collected them from a charity shop. Toilet also stopped working 3rd day in and it took 3 days to fix. I expected the owner to offer me something which he did….. just not money off another stay which I most certainly will not be doing.

The location was good

Lots. The outside of the building was neglected. Garden totally overgrown. Balcony was mouldy. Hand rails rusty and green. Windows filthy. Carpet was disgusting. Inside felt damp and previous occupants had had a dog. We wouldn't have booked it if we had known. The property isn't fit to be rented out.
