Close to the ocean. I booked a room with ocean view and it has plenty of light and good views. The only problem was the street was narrowed and crowded and taxis refused to drive in so we have to walk to main street.

Friendly & personal service The staff were all very friendly & helpful, & no request for assistance was a problem for them. The room was very spacious, clean, & had the amenities I needed. Great central location, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, beach, the tourist sites & so on…

Quiet place in a complex area. Super close to Trần Phú street, can be walked around 1-2 minutes to be at the beach.

The blanket seems not really clean, some stains are left on it. But it’s quiet acceptable to me. Everything else is pretty nice.

The front desk staff was very helpful and amazing. The location was right off the beach with many attractions. We made sure they were tipped well from the evening to morning staff. One slight let down was we only got one room key so we weren't able to keep the room nice and cool. One of the latches for a window was broken from a previous guest and so it was letting the AC escape bc we couldn't shut/seal it completely and they couldn't fix it even though we requested it. But I guess we didn't mind bc the room has a beautiful view of the beach so it was a trade off.

The maids were demanding of tips. When we asked for more towels and tissue paper they asked for tip first lol. Although we thought that was rude we made sure to tip them well at the end.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants, shops… The room was very comfortable, good AC in the room and nice staff.

The shower in the toilets was not very practical : the bathroom ended up quite flooded
