The property asked me for a €300 deposit, and I was very surprised because usually apartments don’t ask for such a high amount. I also provided my credit card details, so if there was any damage, they could simply charge me. First of all, when I entered the apartment, the walls were falling apart. The refrigerator had about 15 cm of ice built up inside, and it was extremely dirty. I found hair in the sink, the bed sheets were dirty, and the bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned. Near the washing machine, I even found cigarette papers. The entire apartment was filthy. Even the lift outside the apartment and the whole building were dirty. To be honest, the €300 deposit was worth more than the entire apartment, including the furniture. I was very disappointed because I rented it for my family, and they were also extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment.

W apartamencie śmierdziało od strony balkonu. Było wiele uszkodzeń, m.in brak klamki w drzwiach od łazienki, cieknący zlew (który sami naprawilismy), nieszczelny byl tez prysznic, z ktorego tez ciekło, bardzo słabe ciśnienie w kranach, uszkodzone meble, śmierdziało także z klimatyzacji. O tych usterkach został powiadomiony personel i w wiadomości zwrotnej przekazano, ze jak najszybciej wysla technika, który usunie usterki. Ten jednak sie nigdy nie pojawił. W apartamencie bylo także dużo mrówek faraonek, które nas boleśnie pogryzły.
