Location ***** Nicely located in Piemonte, Serravalle delle Langhe with the most amazing views. Conveniently located with 10 – 15 minutes to both supermarkets, pizza takeaways, wineries and nice restaurants. Pool ***** Large pool. Clean and well kept. Amazing surroundings and views from the pool area. The pictures don’t really do justice to how nice this is. Surroundings of the house ***** Nice outside terraced areas for both relaxation and eating. If you like to BBQ your option here is a Weber charcoal grill. Overall: it is a nice house with amazing views and an amazing pool in a super nice area. We would consider going back.

House indoor / interior *** The house is in places a little worn and could do with a little renovation / upgrade e.g. the toilet in one of the bathrooms were not fitted properly to the floor and loose, some taps extremely worn and hard to open / close, some of the beds were metal spring bed frames and extremely noisy. Kitchen was nice and in good condition. Very spacious house and nice large rooms Cleaning *** Cleaning could do with a notch up. It is a big house and it seems that cleaning in corners is not prioritized on a weekly basis. Lots of old spiderwebs in ceilings, window ceilings etc. Some of the kitchenware, glasses etc. not properly cleaned. Other: We went mid-July. The house naturally do get quite warm, so if you go that time of year, prepare for some rather hot bedrooms as the house comes without aircon. The 2 main bedrooms does have aircon, but they were noisy to an extent that they had to be turned off to be able to sleep.
