"Perfect for Swim families attending NCAC."

The property is well maintained and stocked. We rented the two apartments available for a swim meet at NCAC, and it was a perfect distance with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The only drawback is that it's in a row of some less than desirable looking homes, but the home itself was pretty, and it's on the edge, and the neighborhood was quiet.
