Patio/ terrace shared area on a different floor , Loads around it . To me you want to sit in that area at end of day - glass of wine and book . Terrace/Patio different floor not fesable, and also if it was even it was shared / and you couldnt bring glass of wine - so really its advertising wasnt correct on this point . Had to clean apt when got there Its a washer/dryer - not a washing maching and a dryer as advertisted - this didnt work either wihout leaking - whch turns out beacuse there was an issue with door - but after further googling it was because it was dirty from link Dishwasher wasnt working - needed to be rest - did this and worked fine - but would advise to add salt and rinse agent Showver in first bathroom - totally blocked - wasnt clean - guy came and unblocked . Didnt use second bathroon as i could even see the hair from previous persin in shower basin Towels - there was 2 bathrooms .... i received two towels - one hand towel and one small bath towel . I would have expected as normal at least a shower floor towel and a hand towel in each bathroom . And for me i would have expected at leaast two proper sized bath towels , I did request this - i got one extract - which was a large one . but ended up buyng my own as coulnt be washing these everyother day between hand towel and floor towel blue towel mentioned for pool area - didnt get this either ! no cleaning products - buy your owb the mop was filthy which i had to start using to mop up leaking washing machine - this would need to be cleaned - as it took some time to even clean to get out out the dirt no cloths in kitchen - weird i thought - not sure how you expected peope to keep it clean THese would be standard in my head The coffee maker - i see someone had requested on ! but honestly you woudl need to be a bairsta to use it ... i simply filter . nespresso capsule coffee pot which take up a quater of the space on teh counter would be better The whole counter is so cluttered

Not enough mugs

Very good location, close to the city center. Clear instructions how to get to the facility and how to pick up the keys. Nice, new, quiet, full equipped apartment. Swimming pool as an extra bonus!

Difficult to find free parking place.

Nicely decorated, clean and well equipped new apartment in a quiet street. A ten minute walk down the hill to shops and restaurants. A ten minute walk up the hill from the station. Had a pool (shared, not heated) and fast fibre internet.

Host phoned and accused us of leaving the place in a mess, including threatening physical violence. This was categorically not true, we left the apartment in a clean, tidy and organised state. I thought we left a plate on the table and apologised but this was actually put in the dishwasher with all of the other breakfast items. The host followed up with very angry and abusive WhatsApp messages and "banned" us from "all his properties". I can only assume he mixed up the apartments/guests, but we never heard back. Sadly left a bad aftertaste to a great trip and have consequently had to mark down the score significantly. Despite being banned, I wouldn't go back. Beware.

We will definitely return on our next stay in Alicante! - Flat very clean, mattress very comfortable, spacious bedroom - Fully equipped kitchen - A great advantage is the swimming pool - Walking distance to the next grocery 5 minutes, to the beach and old town ca. 20 min

The only disadwantage was that one of the two bathrooms was out of order
