Apartment was spotlessly clean and 5 mins in a taxi to the hipperdino supermarket in fanabe which only cost €6 in a taxi . Also in the complex there is a nice gated pool area with loungers it was never really busy had it to ourselves a few times. The beach is just over a 10 min walk away all downhill the killer is coming back up ..

Not much I didn't like the only thing I could say was the nearest shop was way down that hill and it be a struggle if you where willing back up with a lot of bags ...

Apartment was lovely. Location ok if you have a car. Not without.

The pool was closed for our stay due to maintenance. We were not told prior, even though these works were clearly planned as the pool was closed for multiple weeks. Had we have know we would have stayed somewhere else. Also couldn't lock all the shutters on the windows. Shower tray just filled up with water instantly.

It was clean. The staff we met were really nice and when we asked for another fan it was dropped over within a short time.

No air conditioning Also the pool was under maintenance and we were not informed of this before we confirmed our booking and paid. The notification at the pool and entrance to apartment was dated 13th May. There was plenty of time to be notified and we could have changed our accommodation.

Great quiet location, spacious apartment, easy check in process, comfortable bed, sofa and pillows, super fast broadband.

No soap was provided for handwashing which is a basic necessity. Pillow covers on the sofa were not clean, as well as balcony furniture, needs greater attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. Living room sliding door does not lock.

The location is very good, quiet, close to El Duque beach

It is an apartment located on the first floor of a villa in a residential complex. It is not new as I thought, but it is very clean and well equipped. The area, in which it is located, is excellent, it is beautiful, quiet and very close to both the beach and the highway that gives you easy access to the whole island. It is necessary to have a rented car, but parking is not a problem, there are plenty of parking spaces available. We particularly appreciated the terrace where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and our evening meal. The wi-fi internet is excellent. There are 2 smart TVs that offer a lot of channels as well as access to streaming platforms.

For the positives, the apartment deserves top marks, but there are a few issues that can be easily fixed. 1. Key pick-up. Another way to retrieve the keys needs to be found, possibly a small safe at the entrance with an access code. Keep in mind that the whole check-in process was done online. The person, who was supposed to bring us the keys, was 90 minutes late, but we understand that he would have had an accident in car traffic. 2. Although the booking platform specifies a deposit of 150 euros, on the spot they ask for 200. Not a big problem. The deposit was returned a week after the end of the stay. 3. There are a few things missing that other properties offer. The coffee machine uses capsules, but they were not provided even for the first morning ( at least 2 capsules). No dishwashing sponge, detergent, garbage bags, paper towel, which you have to buy. A welcome bottle of water could be offered. All in all, the apartment would deserve a 10 if it were better managed.
