The scam, theres was no appartement, they already booked it to someone else, when I arrived I didn’t have a space for me

The place was quiet and the AIr-conditioning worked well so that I was able to rest. The initally advertised property was unavailable due to a "plumbing problem" . Host offered a different unit available right away . The unit was inferior to the advertised unit but seem ok for what I needed. I was not on vacation. I had business in Lima I had a car and the unit had a garage which was a plus. Location was residential . Maybe if you don't have a car or go outside it would be ok. I could walk to things.

The place was nice but one of the neighbors came by an hit my car very hard with his fist while I was in a street/ sidewalk area in front . I asked about the water pressure and it seemed to offend the host. The husband of the host called me very upset because my car was not inside the garage for a limited time. The host was actively frantic the night before I was checking out and then cancelled the reservation to avoid me sending any information to booking.com My credit card was biled for four nights instead of seven nights. The money was correct but the stay did not reflect the truth. Lima properties hosts sometimes violate Booking.com policy and they get away with it.
