Perfect for our stay with ample parking on the street. We were shown around the apartment by Javier. Made time to explain everything we needed to know.

La piscine n'est pas sur la résidence, il faut traverser la route pour s'y rendre.

Apartamento muy cómodo y chulo. Buenas habitaciones para descansar. Hay q coger coche para ir a la playa, pero es verdad q está en medio de todo y puedes recorrer la zona y elegir, entre 10 y 25 minutos tienes un sin fin de ellas

No tenía parking privado y se anunciaba.

- Although it is in the countryside in a seemingly deserted, forgotten place, you have easy access by car to anywhere (10-15 minutes). - In the small village near the location, you can find a gelateria, a cafe, and two small shops with the essentials. - The housing complex seems safe, with very quiet people, the stairwell closes with a key, parking in front of the building where I always found a spot regardless of the time.

- The accommodation is in a small village with a few houses, on deserted streets that feel like the middle of the desert.The price and the deposit taken was not justified. - Superficial cleaning done, under the bed I found used socks, used underwear, a thick layer of dust, hair, old biscuits, and broken cups. The wardrobe and mattress were stained with coffee. - the trash bin in the bathroom with the tub was not emptied when we arrive at location.I have to empty others woman trash.I dont know what guest do because when we arrive we wait outside 20 minutes and he was inside the apartment. - We have old, rough, and torn towels, that i was affraid to use it. - Total lack of essential items when renting: toilet paper, liquid soap, trash bags, or other cleaning products that I had to purchase separately. When you arrive from a long journey and there is no toilet paper in the house and you have to disinfect the toilets and take out someone else's trash, it's wonderful! - The air conditioning unit is incorrectly positioned in the living room (it only cools the living room where no one stays and it doesn't have the power to cool the two bedrooms). If you stay here in the summer, you have a chance to experience a sauna in the apartment. The fans are useless. They just spread the already warm air around. So we have free sauna in apartment.I have to wash AC filters by myself, was full,full of dust. - A deposit of 150 euros was requested in case of damages in the apartment (out of the dozens of rented properties, this was the only person who asked for money aside from the accommodation fee). I received the amount back at check out -I didnt meet the host, he send a person for check in and other person for check out.I suggest him to buy a code box to store the keys, person who rent to don't wait for others to take/give the keys.We wait at check in, we wait at check out. -The pool in the pictures is in the other building, you have to cross the street.

A lovely spacious apartment in the little village of La Puebla. Stayed here to visit Cartagena as it was out of the city with car parking available. Was an easy 15 minute drive into Cartagena city but nice to stay somewhere quieter. The apartment is spacious and well equipped (but needs bigger wine glasses!) and has a nice outside terrace area to sit and eat. The bed was comfy and amenities all worked well. The pool is fabulous - large and clean (for residents only) and a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Javier and his wife manage the property and, whilst English was limited, he communicated really well and was a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

There were only a few sheets of toilet paper left on a roll and 1cm of very ‘watered down’ liquid soap left in the main bathroom. No supplies of either at all in the second bathroom. As we arrived late on a Saturday afternoon it was annoying to immediately have to go out to find and buy toilet paper and hand soap. I’ve never stayed anywhere before where there wasn’t at least 1 full roll left to start with. Just a little irritating initially. Plenty of dishwashing liquid and washing powder however…just bring your own toilet paper and hand wash!

As a frequent traveller, this apartment is one of the best, very comfortable, very clean and homely, kitchen is Fully equip, nice cuttleries and plates. TV has English Channel. Near to Los Almanzares, Cartagena and La Manga.
