I liked that the owner is so considerate and accommodating. She is prompt to respond to queries. The place is spot on clean and well-maintained. The place is comfortable and finding it is so easy. Linens are clean and smell good. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. Check-in and check-out is flawless. Will definitely book every time we are in Davao. I highly recommend you book this place. Worth it!

Nothing. I was so satisfied with the booking. The money I paid was worth the cost. I liked everything about this place.

Located good and close to family members and quiet despite airplanes fly directly overhead but we knew that so no big deal and it wasn't a problem at all. Overall it suited our needs. Used the pool once only but it was clean and well maintained so good. Aircon in bedroom was fine and TV too with lots of choices. 7th floor unit so a reasonably good view to Samal Island.

Cockroach greeted us in the bathroom but he didn't stay long. Could have done with some knives in the cutlery drawer so we borrowed some from the family down the road. Struggled to know how to use the induction cook top but survived it. First time in a condo unit so expected small and it was small but adequate for our short-term stay so no real complaints. A few negative things but okay overall and expectations were where I imagined it would be. Average

Great value for money. If feels like being home. It's got everything you will need your stay. This area very safe, too. I accidentally left my car window open and a security guard went up to our room and told us about it.

Location to the airport

It wasnt as good as before. Laundries from previous guest were still there. The one-way exit that needs to circle before to get to the property’s parking.

The AC IS WORKING that is our top priority

From the start was the worst. From airport, the guards kept us under the sun for almost 30 min bc of lack of communication. I cannot access my email and the instructions BUT if it is only simply giving our information as a guest in that room, we don’t need to suffer much. Good thing that the taxi did not leave us or else my husband might have collapsed bc of the heat. It happened again to my sister who came the following day, we LEAVE NAME & INFO still, another chaos that needs to be done. In the middle of our stay, THEY NEED TO DO SOME REPAIR TO THE SINK. DUST is all over and my sister is asthmatic. The host offered to transfer to another room BUT the inconvenience that we would go through would be a lot. We DON’T have any complaints with Lea the host. She did what she needed to do BUT still the guards, the facility the place was kinda off for the price. Our trust in Booking.com was not like before. They lowered their standards on this.
