We love the greens of the limestone hills surounded the apartment. The surounding area seems peaceful and great for relaxation. Tambun itself is a nice town.

Check in process was quite hassle. We arrived at 3.30pm. The guard told us to contact the unit management to get the qr code to enter the apartment. Took about ½ hour before we finally got the key. The unit apartment should have notify us in advance at least a day prior to our arrival of any instructions that we need to act. The deposit was not refunded within 1 day after checked out. Instead it was refunded 2 days only after inquiry made.

Very near to the Lost World of Tambun. Facility ok. New building.

I didnt get the theme park view..should mention clearly in the booking detail..Found a glass with lipstick stain and plate that have stain also..balcony with peanut shell. One pillow case that have 2 pcs human hair,look like not been change before we check in.so dissapointed. Swimming pool rules too stright. Jersy type of cloth not allow to swim. No iron and ironboard.

I arrived at 3 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait 30 minutes to get the key. Later that night, the water supply was cut off. I tried contacting the staff multiple times, but I couldn't get any assistance. It would have been helpful if they had informed us earlier, so we could have adjusted our plans accordingly.
