"Great apartment, but lack of communication from host"

The apartment was very spacious with loads of facilities, clean, bed comfortable and big balcony with beautiful views. It also had a shared swimming pool, which looked good but we never used it.

Lack of communication with the host. There was literally nobody to speak to. The host didn't even provide us with an entry code to the building before the arrival. We tried to contact him by phone on the number provided by booking.com, but there was no answer. We ended up googling the property and the number was completely different! It was a really stressful experience for us as we arrived at 10pm with an exhausted 2 year old son and didn't manage to get to the property until 11pm. Not what we hope for on our holidays. It's a shame as the apartment is really nice and I would have rated it higher.
