Apartment Anza Agadir - close to beach

We stayed at this apartment for a week, and it was the worst experience I've ever had on Booking.com. The entire apartment was dirty and infested with ants: on the couches, the floor, the kitchen, the beds—they were everywhere. There was a pillowcase full of hair, the toilet leaked, the shower head was broken, the table in the living room was completely dirty with dust on top and the garbage bin was still full of rubbish from other visitors. My daughter tried to sleep, but ants crawled on her head, keeping her awake all night. We contacted Ahmed, and only then was any effort made to clean and remove ants, even though this should normally be done beforehand. When we returned after the cleaning, the only difference was a new shower head, which was nice, and fewer ants. But in the days that followed the numbers of ants had returned. Not even bothering to clean before guests arrive shows a total lack of respect. I’d strongly advise against staying here.
