Great facilities and location

Code don’t work first time. I list like an hour with the manager trying to get access to the apartmnet.

The location is nice near to the Duke beach. The apartment is spacious and the staff very helpfull.

For me it was not clean. Full of hair, dirty floor on the first. The couch needs a wash. Everything is worn out. For me, the trip to Tenerife was very expensive with very bad services all over. Everything is very turistic.

The location was very good and once we got the correct apartment it was easy to get in once inside reception

The Instructions were not correct and were for a totally different apartment in the block. Not sure how you would get into reception if no one was there to let you in as you cannot get in to building so if you arrive at night you will be waiting a long time to get into the building

Clean, bright, attractive property nicely decorated and easy to maintain. Not far from beaches on a main bus route (467). Good coffee machine though no toaster. Nice balcony with awning. TV system was good after we finally found out how it worked. Internet was Very good.

Would have been better with more crockery, 8 place settings rather than just 4. Also suggest providing a page of info for guests on basics like rubbish disposal and the TV system.

I would recommend the property and the hosts to anyone, it had beautiful views, beautiful balcony and met all our needs.

Basically we had a real issue getting into the property as I was meant to meet the cleaner to get the keys, however the Nuki app didnt let me in and we couldnt get in. I also managed to get locked in the property with the keys and my partner on the other side of the door. The parking spot was fairly tight, but once everything was sorted, we had an absolutly wonderful stay. but I do think a lock box would have been easier then the Nuki lock as it was very complicated for me. Although I am dyslexic and couldnt follow the instructions properly. So this is more down to me then them. Also had some issues with the TV.

We liked the location, it was clean and in good decorative, rooms were of a good size, and the balcony had good views. The pool was pleasant and never particularly busy.

Excellent communication from the agent prior to arrival. Didn't meet anybody when we got there. Instead they sent details of how to download an app to our phone for access to the apartment. We managed but did find it all a bit of a faff. Once in, we had no further problems as the keys to the apartment and the garage were inside. The apartment is bright, modern, very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Lovely pool and sunbathing area up on the roof. Apartment has a large sunny balcony with a sea view which is perfect. Its about a 5 - 10 minute downhill to the beach. 24 hour supermarket right outside the lobby which is handy too.

Appreciated the air con , the terrace and location.

Access to the property could be made less complicated. It’s fine if you know how to use an app on your phone but tricky if not. The name of the property is deceiving, as it’s in a building called Terrazas del Duque, call it that please on your booking site. Issues with shutters and garage beep. Although pool is nice, very little space for sun beds or to move around.
