Centrally located - a lot of bathrooms - spacious rooms - good if you eat out and spend a lot of time outside

Does not have a living room - kitchen without windows - not enough space to eat all together - poorly equipped kitchen - noisy neighbours - noisy road - no parking (in winter not needed but summer not sure and you have to pay)

Great location close to center of town, shops and harbor, big apartment with plenty of room, wonderful kitchen. We were there for only one night (came on a flight to FCO and didn’t want to drive all the way to Sorrento), so picked Anzio randomly as 1 hour away from Rome. It was the big surprise of our trip as the town was very charming and we really enjoyed it. We were able to park on the street just below the apartment, there’s paid parking for 1e an hour enforced 9:00-22:00. Loved the balcony, had takeaway pizza in the kitchen.
