Alles was super: comfort; lokatie; netheid; communicatie.... De 'complimentary grocery basket' en de melk, boter en wijn in de koelkast waren een 'nice touch'.

A truly lovely apartment, right in the centre of Rye. It was immaculate and extremely well equipped. The beds and bedding were superb. Communication from the hosts beforehand was also excellent. Would highly recommend and love to stay again.

Nothing, couldn't fault it.

We had an excellent stay while attending a wedding in Rye – my wife, our 3-month baby, and my brother. The apartment is just off the high street, close to every amenity Rye has to offer. The apartment is easy to access, quiet, spacious, comfy and clean. We had all the amenities and facilities we needed, and the (shared) outdoor terrace was lovely for breakfast. Our hosts were responsive and kind enough to leave us a care package along with a bonus gift to apologies for renovation works in the building – although these weren't a bother at all (and the workmen very courteous)! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautifully renovated and furnished property that provided us with the perfect weekend getaway with friends. Couldn't be more centrally located for Rye with the quaint shops, art galleries, cafe's and restaurants. Two huge bedrooms with extremely comfy beds, quality bedding and their own ensuites. Everything was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The hamper was a nice touch.

It is so beautifully done. Very quirky, impeccably renovated and an absolute treat. We could not have asked for better accomodation or location. A beautiful touch of a welcome gift basket of fresh bread and other treats. The hosts definitely know how to host. Bed and bedding, pillows high quality- great sleep. Loved the access to the roof top seating area which with the last of the days’s sunshine.

The fact that we couldn’t stay longer in such a beautiful house that had such a homely feel about it.

A beautiful duplex with well designed rooms , lots of natural light and a spacious kitchen / dining area. The decor had a perfect balance between modern and cozy .Kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment and crockery. A welcome tray with breakfast items and wine was a nice touch. We were there for 2 nights and it was a tough call to split time at the apartment and explore Rye😀. Enjoyed both and made the most of our stay. Definitely recommend for a family or couples . Location was central and walking distance to the charming cafes and cute shops . Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Restaurant recommendations from the hosts were spot on.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in. Beds are amazing as is the decor, location, town, restaurants and more.
