Centre Sunshine Bedroom Room Season 5

I really loved my room, the Spring room. So comfy, a great bed and pillow, I took a nice shower, I could have cooked there also. The facilities are simple but it's just what you need. The staff and family run business here is fantastic and they are so super friendly and warm hearted.

The room was lovely and spacious, the facilities are simple but very effective. You can cook, wash and sleep well. It felt very safe and comfortable. The beds are absolutely excellent.👌 The hosts are so super friendly and kind, I received a lovely gift from them. If I ever come back to Budapest, this is definitely the place I would be staying again! I highly recommend it to everyone who wishes to visit this incredible city!

The room itself was ok.

The communication was terrible! Multiple requests to receive the self check-in instructions were completely ignored until I had landed in Budapest, at which point I was suddenly told I needed to send a photo of my ID to receive them. I sent the photo and then all I got back was the wifi password! After that it was back to being ignored, I finally received the instructions at the exact check-in time to the minute. It seems crazy to not give the instructions one hour before when someone's telling you they still need to travel from the airport, but if they were insistent on being that awkward the least they could have done was inform me of the time they would be sending them. Very stressful start to my holiday, and then they have the cheek to not just ask for a positive review but to specify that 9/10 is not good enough and I should make sure I give them full marks!

Maybe I need an ophthalmologist, but in my opinion the numbers on the lock that unlocks access to the key are VERY POORLY VISIBLE; I spent 5 mins dealing with this lock

The location was great. It was under five minutes from Budapest Keleti. The place was clean and quiet. The shared kitchen and bathrooms were clean.

Nothing.

This place doesn't exist. There's no sign, it's not on Google Maps, if you call the number they provide they won't be able to talk in Hungarian. They lie about sending you check-in instructions and refuse to refund you.

It's very centrally located. It's easy to find. Wifi, shower, lift, kettle - everything worked during my stay. There were minor issues: the wall light didn't fully work and I didn't find spoons at the kitchen. But other than that my room was warm and my bed was soft, so all good. The bedding is not ironed. Because it was not ironed, one might think it's not fresh, but it's clean, I saw the managers changing it. Don't expect hotel level of things here, it's very basic and simple, but very much livable and very well worth the money paid. My neighbor was noisy. Wish the room door was a bit more soundproof.
