The property was big enough for the four of us, it was also very clean and the facilities were all good. The beds are comfortable and big enough and the property is located in a safe location.

The only issue was the lack of windows since it is located on the ground floor; however, I think it was not a rally big deal.

The apartment was very dirty and especially the toilet, the beds and the carpet. We had to clean the bathroom and vacuum the moment we got in. There was no good ventilation and the apartment was smelly and humid. Next to the entrance there was a puddle of water from a broken pipe and the entrance was awful

Pay attention to the security deposit, theoretically it should take 14 working days, but it took almost 20 days and only after complaining directly to Booking. This security deposit borders on absurd considering the assets in the accommodation. The accommodation appears to be dirty and cold, the furniture used appears to be a collection of old and reused furniture individually, creating an uncomfortable environment. Difficult to locate the entrance to the building. Biggest mistake since I started using Booking.com

The entrance and stairway was very dark. Facilities and furniture were minimal. Chair and bed frames had huge stain. Carpet was dirty and beds were not comfortable.
