Booking to be done by 1 of the guests who will actually stay. Kindly book correct number of guests. After booking, extra guest(s) invited to stay payable. Extra fee payable to host for requests outside listing/booking policy. Guests to be present for delivery of extra item/service and repair. No smoking, no hair coloring, no parties please. Don't use flower box as litter bin. Cleaning fee is for basic cleaning before check in. Pls keep apartment/equipment clean & in good working condition incl. bathrooms & toilets. Damaged/missing item during stay will be charged at/after check out. Washing machine free of charge for linen & clothes. Wash dark colors separately. Bath towels not for home cleaning. Pls place plastic bag into litter bins before use. Pls clean ovens after use to prevent grease/dirt accumulation. Pls no wet clothes, suitcase, sunscreen/make up, drink & food on fabric sofa bed. Same for beds. During shower, pls adjust water temperature with tap. Please don't remove parts from BBQ equipment. Before going out, kindly switch off lights & air con, close large windows & doors. If using aircon, 24 -26°c recommended by Authorities. Don't adjust aircon SWING vent position by hand but use remote control. Please don't change furniture layout. Before check out, pls remove food & drink from refrigerator. Children under 12 to be closely monitored by parents. Please respect rules in common areas. For example, pls shut gate and lights after use. Kindly note that I live & work far from the apartment. Early/late check in/out subject to availability and small fee may be applicable. Don't leave outdoor furniture & BBQ in the rain. One parking space is available. If not available at the time you arrive, you may park along the side street free of charge. To avoid breaking water connection pipe, don't move bath tub. There are various potential noises from the neighborhood including construction noise. Due to neighborhood noises being outside host's control, host is not liable for refund. The property is for couples, family who will be mostly out during the day visiting the island. Not a good fit for people looking for : a silent space to work whole days, sleep during the day or a hotel.
