Brunswick road Lovely 2 Bed Apartment

Lovely, very clean and bright apartment ideally located in a quiet area yet with all amenities on the doorstep

Good location.

The beds were not very comfortable. The kitchen could have been better equipped. It was rather too basic in that everything was ok, just kinda scant.

Breakfast wasn’t included, the kitchen was good, shops nearby (supermarket and bakery) Old town and walking distance was ok for us.

The house requires some maintenance and cleaning of the staircase and app. floor

We liked the cleanliness and facilities very much. The property is near to city centre and can easily be accessed by tram and bus.

The apartment was very cosy and we'll located. It had all nice furniture around and all equipment it could be needed.

Was little bit of dirt and toilet room was very very tiny

It was clean and comfortable.

Very good location close to shops & bars & not far from city centre, the beds are very comfortable

The bath/shower drains very slowly, the pipes must be blocked, the bathroom could do with a larger mirror so that males can shave & be able to see properly, at the door & in the kitchen there's constantly a smell of curry.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There were breakfast items…tea, coffee, cereals etc as well as soap, shower gel in the bathroom.There was also a welcome gift. The beds were comfortable and the towels were of a great quality.

There was a problem as when we got into the premises using the key at the time we had arranged with the agency, we found that the cleaner had not arrived to do the cleaning after the previous guests…unmade beds, rubbish in the kitchen, dirty bathroom, floors not vacuumed etc. We were tired after travelling and had wanted to have a rest before going into the town centre and we weren’t able to do so. Once it was sorted out, we were offered some refund after we complained. The staircase in the building was noticeably very dirty and having read some other reviews, it has been like this for some extended time. It’s a shame because it lowers the standard of the apartment which is ok once you are in it. The on street parking is in another street, so anyone with mobility problems may find this difficult. Also the apartment itself is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.
