"Perfect Apartment beautiful view and top service"

We liked the nice balcony of the apartment and the the good facilities and cleanliness. The apartment id perfect for 3 people. The Service was also very kind and helpful.

It was everything really good there was nothing to complain about.

"Regular apartment which needs some improvements"

Renovated apartment with new equipment. Very nice kitchen fully equipped, possible to use washing machine. Clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet for a city center apartment. Owner responsive but see below.

Place needs few adjustments. I had too much hassle with it from the beginning to the end. Check-in: online only with painful process to send documents (would be good to have it done either in person or well ahead of time). Multiple water problems (kitchen leak, shower floor poorly designed resulting in water leak outside of the bathroom). AC works well in the living room but does not reach the bedroom enough, ended up using the fan there. Parking is difficult with sometimes neighbor blocking your car. Place is called 'penthouse' but this is just a regular apartment on 3rd floor of a building, with no particular view and a lot of invasive pigeons. Way overpriced as it is now.
