Great location. Very clean, has all things you need in the apartment. Close to all attractions. Restaurants everywhere. MiniMetro station few steps away. Great host, communication with Rossano is super, immediate response and helpful when we ask questions about anything.

Because its in the center of town, its noisy at night, people walking around and restaurants under the building. A bit warm in the bedroom, AC only in living room.

Accommodation was excellent. Beautiful apartment right in the centre of the historic town. Beds were super comfortable and the living, bathroom and kitchen areas have all you could need. The location is pretty much at the top of the escalator from the Pincetto station and is within easy walking distance to a host of bars and restaurants. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommended this place for a stop in lovely Perugia. We will definitely return.

Nothing at all

the location was excellent for sightseeing and not up 4 flights of stairs like many old town apts! the caretaker lives nearby and came right over when we had a problem with the hot water heater. the apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished in a modern style as shown in the photos. large windows with useful blinds and the kiitchenware was high quality. easy access from parking via the escalators and from the train station via the mini metro and a short walk to an excellent grocery store.

the late night noise from drunk young clients leaving the nearby music bar sometimes made it difficult to sleep

This apartment is really exceptional. Recently tastefully refurbished, it is in a very convenient location in the historic centre, just across the road from the minimetro and close to grocery store and great restaurants. I loved the view from the main bedroom. The facilities are great and include a washing machine and a well- equipped little kitchen. The host was very responsive and everything worked well. Would be very happy to stay here again.
