Lovely new place in Jodhpur. The breakfast was the best we have had in a long time. Nice cosy rooms in a well maintained property with the best staff. Huge bathroom and strong air conditioning. They even gave us small souvenir when we were leaving. Would surely come back

Nothing , it was perfect

The staff were extremely good and attentive. They listened to every detail and our questions and took care of our every need. The meals were prepared according to our tastes and they even dished some off the menu meals for us. The property was very clean and well kept.

The staff!!! They are truly warm and go out of their way to help. Special mention to the chef - Mr Chotelal! Food was truly delicious, had most of our meals in the hotel instead of venturing out

The basic room is truly basic. Can be better. Had to ask for a chair to sit as the only option to sit was the bed

The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, as is the bathroom. The hotel surroundings are very well-kept. Breakfast was very good - several options to choose from every day, Indian and continental options. Another time we tried the main course and it was also delicious. The service staff are also a big plus. The gentlemen from the reception and the staff from restaurant are extremely helpful, honest and create a very positive atmosphere in this place.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, closer to the airport than the old town and fort.

Great hospitality and good food

This hotel was only recently opened so overall it looked clean and presentable. The staff were polite and friendly. We had pizza for dinner which was ok without being exceptional. Breakfast was ok too without being exceptional.

The check-in process was a little disorganised. We had to wait a while to get someone to serve us. We could only have one wifi login for two devices so we needed a second login which we had to ask for. The fridge in the room was not working and we had to get maintenance to come. Then it made a loud rattling noise and had to ask the same guy to fix that as he was just going to leave it. The high tea options for cakes/sweets while ok could have been better thought out and higher quality. Getting the shower to maintain an even temperature was difficult. It was either scolding hot or cold and took a long time to make slight adjustments to get it right. They need to fix this. For a one night stay it was fine but for longer stays I’d choose another hotel.

Breakfast, staff were very good especially Rohin - he seemed to do everything. Staff very attentive. Room very clean, spacious and bathroom wonderful. Shower was great.,

need to do real coffee… the coffee was terrible. Need fresh ground coffee freshly brewed made with purified water not the machine cappuccino - i got a little sick from this as not sure it was with purified water

The people in the reception and reception are very kind, excellent service.
