El Rancho Dolores at JT National Park

Location is good for accessing the park and 29 Palms shops/restaurants

The air conditioning unit is very noisy and comes on and off constantly which disrupts sleep. The bathroom had hairballs in the shower and we found several cockroaches.

Friendly check in, clean room. Good value.

The motel was wonderful—classic JT style, very comfortable, and perfectly located. But the highlight of our trip was definitely the staff. They were amazing, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the second we pulled in. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great

It close to downtown and staff was wonderful specially house keeping she was very hopeful and on top of thing specially towel what no other hotel does other hotel one two towel and still have to get a ugly look like if you bother them but with her no struggle just give us enough towel for two did have to go looking g for her thank you very much your awesome.

Parking need another of work one car for guest and hard to get out very bumpy
