- abusive with their deposit terms. They ask for 1500 pesos after booking (without the right to cancel), to be paid on stripe. They wanted to charge us 1200 pesos because we did not wash all the dishes, but we negotiated to 600. Besides, they give back without the Stripe commision which is 150 pesos for the first transfer and another 10% of the returning, which makes completely NO SENSE AT ALL. please consider this when booking because the price is really good but the deposit makes it more expensive than the accomodation itself. - the water boiler is small (15L) therefore 2 people can’t have shower with hot water in a row. This makes a bit strange. - although it is close to the center, the area is not so friendly, and the street and nearby buildings are really depraved. We arrived by car but besides we wouldn’t have walked alone in that area.
