The apartment is located nearby the main train and busses station so it was pretty easy to reach our planned destinations. Also close to the city centre of Bergamo which is stunning! Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Host is very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! :)

Large, stylish apartment.

Online check in procedure is a kind of a "puzzle"! You have to input data, take photos, watch videos, login to apps to open the doors... So do it in advance as we made in on arrival and it takes almost an hour. Parking is free, but the availability is not guaranteed and you can not count on it. Pillows are too big and hard.

Clean and in a good zone

The manager of the property will ask for all occupants passport pictures and picture with passport hold to your face. I was not comfortable to do this because it can be used as a fraud against you! When asking to cancel and money back the property denied and booking.com didn’t help. Really disappointed,i will tell to all my friends about my experience.

Good instructions for self keys collection and entry. Close to airport. Close to carefour shopping. Good comfortable stay for 3 separate sleep beds: 2 double beds and big double sofa.

Internet wi-fi from mobile 4g pocket modem is weak. Street parking is a matter of luck to find last available space.

Very nice appartment, very clean, well equipped, nice and helpful owner. The check-in process may seem scary but in the end it is fast and easy.

The localization is generally good but near very busy street. When you choose the bedroom with windows facing it, it is recommended to use the earplugs. It was very loud at night even with the windows/shutters closed (almost like there were no windows at all)
