Casa del Arrecife, Playa Las Canteras

The apartment is in a quiet location close to a pretty nature reserve and at the top of a beautiful long pristine beach with lots of shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute stroll. If you love walks, this is a great location. The property is very spacious, quiet, well equipped with a space in an underground car park which we found super helpful as we wanted to see the whole island by car. The sitting room is very comfortable and airy with lots of light although it doesn’t get any direct sun. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and clean. The best thing about our 3 week stay was the full, total, professional and utterly helpful support from Paula who provided us with all the help, materials and questions during our stay. She deserves a special mention because she went out of her way to supply us with fresh linen and kitchen essentials. Absolutely lovely lady and so kind and helpful.

It may seem petty to some but there was no direct sun so the apartment is cold and dark during our stay in January. You’ll need to boil water in the kettle if you need hot water to wash the dishes in the kitchen.

Spacious apartment, location is great, private parking

Cold and dark, it was warmer outside than inside, the apartment is not on the sunny side. Bed linen had some stains and didn’t smell fresh, kitchenware was greasy (there’s no hot water in the kitchen, probably that’s why they can’t wash it properly), we were disgusted to use the towels as they had a musty smell, had to buy our own towels. The host should consider using professional laundry service

I found the apartment very modern and beautiful. the host was quick to respond when I asked questions. we got sick during our stay and the host helped us find a doctor. I am very grateful and recommend this apartment 100%.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

It was amazing had all the necessary things in the house. Paula the apartment owner was really nice and answer all really fast . It is a plus as well the underground parking

The apartment was big and quiet

No view, dark inside. No balcony. Kitchen and bathroom poorly equipped. Mold in the cabinet, rust on knives and silverware. We unfortunately were visited by cukarachas.

A few more small things in the kitchen Chopping board ,scissors and proper corkscrew Had to boil kettle for hot water to wash up with However ,very new microwave, oven ,hob ,toaster and filter coffee maker !
