The room and view were lovely. The geothermal pools were great. The area surrounding the hotel is interesting and scenic.

The spa area was clean and many facilities are there , the pool terrace is lovely. The beech is clean.

Spa facilities were great. Close to city center (although you'd need to have a car to get around).

1) The breakfast was average. If there had been other options within walking distance and if breakfast hadn’t been included, we would have skipped it. There were also a lot of kids running around during breakfast. 2) Housekeeping started at 4 PM. This often coincided with the time I wanted to be in my room, so I had to leave temporarily. Housekeeping was not flexible; when I asked if they could come 5 minutes later, I was told that I would be last on the list. 3) The number of parking spaces on-site is very limited. I had to park outside the property more often than on-site. 4) We arrived quite late in the evening at the hotel. The first things I noticed upon arrival were that the toilet door wouldn’t lock and the air conditioning couldn’t be controlled. Both issues were promptly fixed by the handyman. However, it was clear that there is some deferred maintenance. 5) On the last night, there seemed to be a wedding in the garden. Enjoying the evening sun by the pool was not possible because guests were coming to the pool area for photos and other activities. The music was also loud. Later that evening, there was a huge parking issue, and I had to park the car hundreds of meters away. Point 5 is a reason for me not to return. I come there for my peace and quiet.

Great personnel! Very clean and hygienic. The food is outstanding!!! Great experience with thermal pool, spa and sauna Because of the location, we enjoyed all day a soft summer breeze.

I recently stayed at this thermal hotel with my parents, and overall, it was a good, comfortable, and pleasant experience. The Head of Sales and Marketing, Oğuz Bey, was particularly helpful. He recommended a lovely restaurant with a sea view and even booked it for us. He also shared some excellent tips that enhanced our stay. Murat Bey from F&B department was kind and helpful during our stay. The hotel features a warm indoor thermal pool, along with two other pools—one indoor and one outdoor. These amenities provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were nothing fancy but perfectly adequate for our needs. The open buffet breakfast was rich in choices and quite nice, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning.

The thermal spa was a highlight, where we had various treatments. While the treatments were satisfactory, the women's hamam section could use better maintenance, as there was a strange smell. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with helpful staff and good facilities. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

Modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. Polite staff. Cool pool with thermal water. Delicious food, live music in the restaurant. Entertainment for children. Careful attitude towards cats))) Cool location by the sea, you can go for walks and breathe fresh sea air.

I didn't see the lifeguard near the pool. The outside pool is not heated.
