under Sofa Bed lot‘s of dust, hair etc. / not ok!! would be nice to have more than just 2 coffee tabs - particularly as one needs specific ones for the coffee machine available in the apartment - no kitchen towels available car parking inexistent nearby - market day on Friday right in front of entrance door - parking fine eur 29/ generally noisy area all night and aircond not working

The check in process was a little confusing.

good location, very comfy, clean and Well equipped kitchen

YOU need to be careful and make sure you throw out thrash before checking out

great location close to the centre of town. the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need as well as a functioning washing machine. the lift makes transporting bags in and down stairs very easy. staff are responsive and kind

even though it is stated in the description the fact that there is no air conditioning made it a very uncomfortable stay for us in summer. the fold out double bed wasn’t great but the temperature of the room bothered us more than the bed

- good contact with the host - helpful host, earlier check-in was possible - great location - very authentic, not turistic - clean, well ecquipped - great trattoria next door

- lack of air condition, which is probably standard in most of apartments in old buildings, we were aware of that when booking
