GuestHost - Cozy Apartament near Fiera di Verona!

Apartman je bio odličan. Komunikacija s osobljem je bila fantastična i od velike pomoći. Osjećali smo se sigurno. Također smo dobili kavu, šećer, sol, čajeve što nam je bilo super. Blizu je odma busna stanica od koje se brzo može doći svugdje, pješke treba malo više.

Krevet u dnevnoj malo škripi, pa osobama koje tamo spavaju treba malo da se naviknu. Osim toga sve super.

The internet connection was not working. The wifi system was available and could be connected, but the internet was unavailable. I informed 2 times the contact but I neither got a single notification of the issue nor a solution was provided. It is totally unacceptable as it was listed on the available services.

Great location, private parking, clean rooms

When we arrived, we found there was no hot water. Although we reached out to the hotel, we were told the issue wouldn't be fixed until the very end of our stay, meaning we'd be without hot water for the entire trip!! When we mentioned leaving a negative review, they offered a refound of one night and one free night. However, we never received de refund.... After our stay, I contacted the hotel to ask about the refund, but received no solution. Additionally, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend staying here.
