We had to wait for towels and dishes that should have been there. The kitchen has barely enough to get by. The worst was hearing the upstairs neighbors. Step by step.

The property manager is very rude. After the manager granted early check in, I was yelled at and was told that my family and I needed to get out ASAP in the Texas heat with three weeks worth of baggage. The property is in a terrible area with lots of homeless people as well as street walkers. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every step from above, and every word the nextdoor neighbors said. The wifi was terrible: we were unable to stream netflix. Also we struggled gaining access to our unit as the lock would malfunction periodically. When reporting these discrepancies to booking, the host said that my family and I were liars, and also told booking that we verbally threatened her. We requested a cancellation but the property manager wanted to keep the full payment for three weeks even though we had already moved out of the unit. When I advised the host that the disturbances were affecting my PTSD, she responded that I was making it up and that it was my problem. The experience here sent my to the VA and almost caused me to go inpatient. I will advise to only stay here as an emergency. The property manager is very rude and dishonest. You will have to go through booking just to get basic hospitality from the property manager.
