The apartment is located in the middle of Nagoya Batam. So, it's easy for a traveller to visit all those famous places in Batam. The unit provides the wifi and Netflix for entertainment. The units also very clean as I checked in. However, there are few thing owner could improve which is to fix the water tap at the entrance door. No water was coming out. I would suggest owner to put water filter too.

The timing of check in is late..I wanted almost 1 hour from the promise check in time with no reason

The accomodation was very clean and nice. Love the place as it has 24hrs mini Mart downstairs. In the middle of city good place , easy to check in as well. Prompt reply and fast service when needed help or assistant. Thank you.

Just that the toilet is too small, really small and the water from the shower area easily out everytime each of my family members take a bath..we need to put a towel outside to prevent it out from the door, Perhaps could put a door rubber below the door to prevent the water to leak out, as there's only one drainage for the water to flow which is at the shower area, whereby at the area of the toilet bowl and the sink there's no draining.. that makes the water if we shower leak out outside.. and always wet, As to prevent elderly from slipping, maybe could do something for the toilet area. Thank you

Clean and affordable apartment with friendly staff and security guard. The location is convenient with lots of malls and attractions nearby. Last minute I had to request an additional guest for the stay and the person in charge allowed without any hassle. Very reasonable. 😊 Would highly recommend booking with a friend or two. A wonderful experience overall.

The toilet and bathing room is quite small (one toilet to share among the rooma), have to cram in a bit during usage.
