City Center Apartments - Piața Unirii

Communication with owner was bad , hasn’t answered on my messages while we had problems with finding apartments because his message with explanation never arrived. As result we didn’t find apartment and had to book another ( without any problems) .

It was written i can make the checkin until 00. I arrived at 23 and the place from where I should get the key of the apartment was closed. I was lucky that I could speak with someone who knew the place from where I could get the key and called someone to help me. The number from booking wasn’t working and when it was working no one replied to any of my messages or calls…

I liked that it was in the center and it had a park behind. Also the safety was good. The view at night was stunning.

The shower was horrendous, the fridge unplugged, probably not working, the TV was not working. On the cabinet for some reason there was a hat and two forks just being there.. forgotten.. when I left I added the salt so the forks won't feel alone. They can chat about kitchen stuff.. I guess if we're making abstract installations I have to contribute:))

Location location location. very close to the top areas of Iasi. Very cheap for that location so the disadvantages can be somehow overseen.

A lot of stuff aren‘t being taken cared of: rusty shower, broken cupboards, broken curtains. We had clean sheet but the rest of the apartament was not very clean(cuttlery all over the place)

Not much, frankly. Other that it was well located

The reality was not matching the pictures. For example, in the sleeping room there was no proper curtain - just a broken shower curtain hanged loose on the open window. The flat looked very old and not properly cleaned. There were bugs and hairs on the floor, only minimal furniture and toiletries like soap or shampoo were missing. I would never like to stay at this place again.

It is central, indeed.

Very basic .It could do with a new, comfortable bed, a refurbished bathroom, air conditioning, mosquito nets for windows, a real curtain in the bedroom instead of a stained shower curtain hanging askew. To sum it up, more preoccupation for details that matter.

Host mislead clients advertising the flat with very similar name as his competitors that have flats with same no.and at the same level in the building. Extremely rude when contacting to ask for information, not responding when wanted to address the issues at the flat ( dirty/ moldy fridge, mold in the shower ,unseafe electricity, damage door , poor level of cleanliness , maintenance and services. Been at the property for 5min.and had to book new accommodation and had my holiday ruined.
