Gostei da localização, muito perto do centrinho comercial de Torremolinos, do apartamento, muito arejado e grande com todas as comodidades necessárias e do fato de ter estacionamento dentro do prédio; gostamos também da atenção dispensada pelo proprietário, Manuel, às nossas demandas. Vale ressaltar que todas as orientações são passadas via WhatsApp pois ele mora em outra localidade, mas deu tudo certo.

Não tem nada que não tenha gostado mas acho que dá para melhorar a limpeza de itens pontuais na cozinha pois encontramos alguns itens com sujidades de uso anterior, como parte interna dos fornos e gavetas. As peças de uso são antigas mas funcionais, apenas a máquina de lavar roupas está quebrada; lavamos alguns poucos itens na mão mas pode ser um problema para famílias maiores.

La piscina era chiusa. La lavatrice era fuori uso. Il terrazzo non si può usare se è accesa l'aria condizionata perché l'unità esterna del condizionatore è posizionata a terra e rivolta verso il tavolo, rendendo impossibile sostare.

Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania regionu. Dostępne miejsca parkingowe. Basen na miejscu, klimatyzacja i przestronne pokoje. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

When we arrived the host wasn’t there to meet us and left us standing on the side of the street for a hour before making contact. I had to send him €150 via Revolut for deposit which I found very strange. We then went to appartment to find only one key between 5 people. One of the doors to the balcony had no handle which allows easy access to others. The appartment was warm and not very clean. We also found the previous people’s underwear in one of the rooms. The pool was also out of order. Before leaving we cleaned appartment and left it spotless and put rubbish into 2 plastic bags for disposal. To my amazement the host is refusing to give me back my deposit the following reasons. 1. the drawer in the freezer was broke (which we never used) it was full of ice when we got there. 2. ⁠failed to dispose of rubbish even tho we bagged it and left it for disposal. There was no big bin in the block to dispose it. 3. ⁠we used all the beds in the appartment. Which we didn’t and I don’t see why this should matter. So in my opinion DO NOT BOOK HERE and avoid at all costs as the host will keep your deposit and it’s not very clean!
