Beautiful resort, lots of potential, great location, the staff are great as far as making you feel welcome, they gave but our experience fell extremely short of our expectations

We stayed in one of their sweets because we have 3 kids and it was a great looking option compared to 2 separate rooms. We had a pool in our sweet that was freezing cold, the pool room smelled like mildew, the phone in our suit didn't work, we were missing a curtain in the kitchen, so no privacy in the morning, when I came out of our bedroom into the kitchen to get my coffee there were people one 5 other balconies looking directly into our suit. Worst experience for the money hands down. Looks like idiots do the maintenance,

Nice property, but off the beaten path. Once you are there you are kind of stuck. Its a good 10 mins by car to closest town on an uncomfortable dirt road

Me encanro el spa!!! Tomamos el circuito del agua estuvo maravilloso, nos relajamos mucho!! La atencion de primera, la comida muy rica. El personal muy atento.

El ingreso al hotel. Muy oscuro, y claro el camino. Pero la zona muy bonita.

The colonial room sound isolation is not the best and we were woken up quite early due to noises outside of our room from people leaving or talking outside.

What an extraordinary stay! Everything was perfect: room, restaurants, spa, etc.

The hotel grounds are beautiful! The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

To start with, we arranged transportation directly through the hotel from Ollantaytambo station. Unfortunately, communication around this service was poor. I had to follow up multiple times to confirm the pickup, and it was only confirmed at the last minute. When we arrived, we ended up waiting outside the station for approximately 30 minutes. While I understand that delays can happen, what disappointed me was the hotel’s response afterward. When I politely asked whether they could offer a small gesture of goodwill to make up for the inconvenience, my messages were simply ignored and communication stopped altogether. I also found some of the staff to be rather cold and disengaged. Compared to a much smaller 3-star hotel we stayed at in Cusco, the service here felt noticeably less attentive and less interested in helping guests with requests or issues. Another drawback was that the hotel seemed surprisingly unprepared for common traveler needs. For example, they did not have electrolyte drinks available and did not stock basic cold or flu medication. Given the remote location and the fact that many guests are traveling through the Sacred Valley, these seem like fairly common items that would be helpful to have on hand. Finally, the spa was pleasant enough, but I did not feel the experience justified the premium pricing. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, but the service and guest support fell short of what I expected for a 5 star hotel in this price category.

Много ми хареса персонала, изключително мили и любезни хора. Истински усмихнати и приветливи, готови да откликнат на всяка молба. Адекватни и бързо обслужващи. Храната - великолепна. И в бара, и в ресторанта храната беше много вкусна, красиво декорирана и поднесена. За семейството ми беше удоволствие да усетим истинския вкус и мирис на храната Хареса ми стаята, тъй като беше огромна. Много чиста, а кърпите бяха фантастично меки и бели. Целият хотел е много красив, градините са прекрасни за разходка след вечеря. Животните в хотела са много красиви, а църквата създава усещане за уют далеч от дома.

Може би, би било още по-добре, ако външното джакузи се затопли до 38 градуса и престоят в СПА бъде фиксиран на 2 часа.
