USUSEverything was great about this space. It fit my group perfectly. It was quiet and we felt safe. The decor was way past our expectations and the balconies and outdoor space was a huge bonus. Parking was easy to find on the street and it was actuallt fairly close to other places we went to.
The heat went off on us a few times but the host came fast to help us. After he did it the first time, we knew what to do so it wasn't too much of an issue after that. Also, I feel like the beds could have been a little more comfortable. Just a mattress pad would have fixed it.
CAThis property was wonderful. Perfectly located, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable with nothing amiss. The photos do not do it justice. Highly recommend to anyone staying in or passing through Washington.

I would suggest taking advantage of the parking space behind the building. The road is a little narrow if parking on the street.
USEverything about this property was great. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house was very clean and comfortable. The check in was very smooth, the views are great, and the host was very accommodating and easy to contact. I can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

USThe rooftop had a great view of the city including new years fireworks. Really great natural light and the new renovations were awesome! Hardwood floors, waterfall kitchen counters, modern clean styling, sturdy heavy handrails in all the stairways, high end finishings. Loved the location: close to the zoo, Lincoln’s cottage, national cathedral, 15min from the national mall, etc.
Thermostat was confusing and the owner came over asap to help sort it out.
