HUNice apartment with modern furniture
At check-in we were informed that the housekeeping came to clean in every 3 days. It never happened. We had a problem with the shower’s drainage from the first night. I asked for maintenance (and also for cleaning) but no one came. In the last 3 days of our stay, we had to use kitchen tools to pour the water from the shower to the toilet otherwise the apartment would have been flooded. Girls could not wash their hair for a week. We could not find any public trash cans nearby so we had to collect our garbage on the balcony. They said there was an issue with the housekeepers’ schedule and promised that someone was coming but they never arrived. It was a great apartment so we were very disappointed that we could not properly enjoy what we paid for.
