USI liked the recliner chair to read. I also liked how new and clean it was.
I have traveled for years and never had a suite with a burner plate etc without pans and silverware. Nobody carries their own pans and utensils with them to a hotel. It defeats the purpose of a suite to cook in without things to use. I had to ask to borrow plastic ware and plastic plates. Also, for me the bed was too hard. It hurt the pressure points in hips and shoulders. I probably would not use this hotel again. The price was the same as a couple other hotels I had considered. So to me it wasn’t worth it.

My door was hard to open, it had a screw that was catching the door frame. But it was new construction, just needs to be adjusted.

I was refused accommodations when arrived. I was told that my reservation was canceled, even though I personally spoke with reservations spokesperson about my reservation earlier. She assured me that my reservation was secured. I was not offered any alternative solution to my dilemma. The desk clerk was not nice. I saw her terminal screen and could see my name listed.
