Superfriendly and helpfull hosts, home very nice! Great coffee and cakes all day available. We were impressed and very grateful. Make yourself at home they said and it really was like that. Loved it and if planning had allowed we would have stayed in their house by the beach as well! Thx for letting us park the bike close.

This place is truly fantastic. It's a large, luxurious villa, with a big, green garden and a private pool. When you rent here, you get a bedroom and bathroom, and have access to the rest of the villa. We stayed here for 2 nights, and we were the only people here for the first one, which made it feel like we owned an Italian villa by the sea for a night. One thing to note is that this is across the street from a large Italian naval base, so the view from your room might include a lot of warships. They also move during the day and night, so you might hear fairly loud ship engines. It's a very nice and unique thing if you're a military geek though. The owner was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was always there and self-serve, so if you wanted breakfast at midnight, you were encouraged to go for it. Overall this was a truly unique experience and we'd love to be back some day.

Giuseppe and Chiara are the most beautiful hosts. They were so helpful, they really went above and beyond there hosting duties. The property has a real home feel to it.

The place surpassed expectations. Good size rooms, excellent outdoor space, lots of room to move around. The hosts are responsive and do everything they can to help.

Don’t expect a lavish breakfast. Individually-wrapped corn snacks. Yogurts, fruit. 2 cereal dispensers. But this is a very minor point. For the price, this is more than adequate.
