I loved everything about it. Host Carmen was very nice and communicative. Every time I ran into her, which was frequently, she asked how my stay was going (Awesome!) and if I needed anything (I didn't except for recommendations and directions). The neighborhood (Versalles) was beautiful and all necessities (i.e., laundromat, supermarket) were within close walking distance. Also, there was a plethora of places to eat nearby, including a coffee shop downstairs.

A few minor inconveniences: excessive heat made the door to the building stick and the apartment flooded (minor) during heavy rain.

"nice stay for the price"

location was good…many restaurants bars etc… it is also very bright with so many windows there is a nice balcony and good coffee at the coffee shop below comfortable and safe gracias

there is some smell ( from bathroom ) the stove should also be connected to the gas line to be able to use it ( i personally didn’t care because i didn’t want to cook)

"Exceptional"

Wonderful super-spacious and sunny apartment with everything necessary for a true home like stay in a great location. Just one block from the buss stop, great gym and supermarket. While the place is not on a very busy road , the city sounds from the street can be noticable but quiet at night for the most part. Loved my stay there.

Spacious appartment, the coffe shop dowstairs is very good. The location is perfect with many stores around. Perfect for long stay.

You need to advise the staff when you bring guest.

"Just the worst place I’ve ever stayed."

The staff were the rudest people I’d ever met. They tried to cancel my booking just before I arrived. They were not even interested in checking me in. The room was unhygienic. They were threatening and tried to bribe me. They sent me pictures of my ID and tried to threaten me to tell my girlfriend I had stayed there with another woman. They tried to extort more money out of us. Just real horrible people.
