It was clean and functional.

We had to wait for about 40 minutes to get the key, because they were busy... in the kitchen. I understand that we arrived just on election day and people were in the restaurant waiting for the results, and the staff were busy serving people in their restaurant, but after a 7 hour long driving it wasn't pleasant to just wait without even given an explanation what was going on - or just even offered a seat while waiting. They clearly only cared about the people in the restaurant and not their hotel guests. Also, no instructions offered about checkout, we even had to find out that the room key opened the main door, as there was no one there in the morning... So, the rooms were ok, but the staff are terrible at communication.
