Booking.com and this property both seems to be a scam
When I reached Property the owner said he has stopped renting out this property for last 6 months When I contacted booking.com customer service it was extremely uncooperative

Nothing the house stopped renting 12 months ago.we drove from Manchester to Portsmouth, to find the house had permanent residence. I had too find alternative residence which cost £90 .after paying you £50 for the night stay which I want returning. The owners say that they have repeatedly been in touch with Booking. Com ,over the last 12 months. But they keep receiving bookings.
I didn't like having to find other accommodation at 21 30 hrs. When the ferry was due too depart at 08 00.it was a great start to our holiday. P
