Riva Central Apartment - Free Parking

The apartment is really excellent, having been built and furnished to a high standard. The beds were comfy, loads of storage, bathroom was great with a high powered shower. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a few simple meals (no oven). Great TV and we particularly enjoyed the balcony people watching!

The location is excellent to explore the town being right on the edge of the pedestrianised old town, however the apartment is on a fairly busy road which in the morning and early evening was busy and the apartment is opposite an Irish bar which is pretty noisy until midnight.

Wszystkl, lokalizacja cudowna, parking, czystość, nic nie brakowało w mieszkaniu, kontakt z właścicielem wspaniały!!!!! Polecamy!!!!

Apartament znajduje się w znakomitej lokalizacji z bardzo dobrym wyposażaniem ,podziemny parking . Rewelacyjny i pomocny personel :)

Super Lage, Strand und Stadtzentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sowohl vom Parkhaus als auch vom Eingangsbereich mit dem Aufzug, also barrierefrei zu erreichen. Verfügt über alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Wir haben den Besitzer zwar nicht gesehen, er war aber über WhatsApp immer schnell erreichbar und hat alles detaliert teilweise mit Fotos erklärt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt und Apotheke.

Die Straße ist relativ stark befahren. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer war leider nicht mehr ausreichend leistungsstark. Der Besitzer hat zugesagt, sich darum zu kümmern. Kleiner Tipp: Die Garageneinfahrt ist relativ steil, also nicht unbedingt mit dem Fahrradträger reinfahren.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Bad neu, Vermieter ist sehr nett. Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist groß

Müllbehälter offen auf dem Balkon (siehe Foto), Balkonmöbel alt und nur noch zwei Stühle davon vorhanden. Hier sind die Fotos wohl schon einige Jahre alt! Küche abgewohnt und ohne Spülmaschine. Das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung passt gar nicht. Die Wohnung ist nicht für Leute geeignet, die ruhig wohnen möchten, da tagsüber sehr viel Verkehr direkt unter der Wohnung ist (1. Stock)

Pohodlný, čistý a velmi dobře vybavený apartmán. Poloha blízko centra města i k vodě, supermarket hned ve vedlejší ulici. Velkou výhodou je podzemní parkoviště přímo v domě. Příjemný a ochotný pan domácí :) Byt je orientovaný na rušnou ulici, takže je tu o víkendu vcelku hluk, ale s tím jsme počítali. Ubytování rozhodně doporučuji!

Klimatizace by mohla být výkonnější a zvážila bych pořízení myčky, jinak není co vytknout.

Short walk to the old town and is out of ZTL. Host is responsive.

It was a strange feeling, it felt like we were bunking into a ‘used’ apartment and not like a unit that was dedicated for guests. The unit had extra stuff in it like a home would have, not quite appointed or tastefully decorated for guests but ‘functional’ based on the other properties that we have stayed in. The view is a small street facing an Irish Pub and some mountains visible at an angle. The music from the pub below could be heard past midnight. Property is okay if you’re not looking for a view with the lake. Bed could have been more firm.
