AUIt was located in a quiet, family friendly suburb. All the essentials were provided. Good balance of cost and distance to popular tourist spots.
We received 2 sets of instructions to access the keys. Luckily we followed the 2nd set of instructions that were sent by the owner. You can walk to the nearest shop, if you don't mind walking a few kms.
NZThe backyard setting. Would like to be there when the trees mature. Not much traffic noise. Spacious room areas, Everything we needed over our stay was there. Loved the wide opening slider door to outside.
The firm mattresses. Could do with mattress toppers. The double beds, but could see it was a no choice. We had an electrician with us so he showed us how to start dishwasher and oven. The placement of the microwave was annoying.

NZVery very clean house. Beds were very comfortable with lovely clean bedding. Kitchen is well stocked of equipment and utensils in it. Great location. Great that it was dog friendly. Both bathroom and ensuite were very spacious. Two great outdoor dining and sitting areas.
The main bedroom could do with a black out blind above the bed.

NZA very nice modern home. Clean. The guest booklet was good with respect of how to turn on the oven. We met the nice young woman who cleaned after each stay and she was very helpful.
We both found the beds most uncomfortably hard. Didn't manage to locate a microwave.
