3 bedroom house in central Birmingham

House was as expected clean and had what we needed

Location and no garden were definitely down points

Comfortable and warm.

Easy walking distance to Utilita and Bullring. Was clean and bed super comfy. Car parking permits provided.

Bathroom could do with a touch up.

Good sized property. Beds very comfortable. Perfect location to be in to get into Birmingham town centre. Host was very welcoming & friendly, refunded my deposit after stay & thanked us for leaving the house tidy

It wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom could do with a bit of a freshen up & toilet seat was broken

The area it’s in is a huge plus, right in the centre of the city but also in its own little quiet area! Also the value for money, very cheap!

Big negative was that the double bed had two single mattresses put together? Made it really uncomfortable and don’t actually think this is fair to make people sleep on two mattresses together, definitely a downside. We also found it very cold in the house and had to sit wrapped up in the quilt when chilling in the living room. Also found that the dishes and glasses were not clean at all and there were crumbs in the cupboard where the dishes were kept so it was very off putting. Also my friend scratched his finger on peeling vinyl on the bathroom cupboard door, wasn’t too happy about that.
