Fab location and the Staff very accommodating towards our families requests and very friendly we had a lovely time. Especially as it was pet friendly

We liked everything but could do with the bacon at breakfast a bit warmer for our next visit

"Friendly staff - the young people in the dining room were very pleasant, polite and courteous and very happy to help."

I chose Melville for its location - very handy for Empress Ballroom and Winter Gardens

Just a bit noisy - loud music from downstairs - but really not too bad
