"Amazing and worth rebooking"

The staff were amazing. They made my experience extra special. I really appreciate them all. Everything aspect was excellent from the check in, the room, breakfast and the service. They went out of their way to make us have a good Blackpool experience

Location. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are nice.

Rooms are dirty and outdated. Broken drawers, windows that dont close or have been sealed.

Breakfast was good

The tv remote was taped up. And the room cold. We left the heating on but when we got back it had be turned of by the cleaners

"Limited free parking on site" is misleading. No free parking available during the day. Small room.

Tutto! Colazione inesistente,stanze pessime sporche con materassi veramente scarsi,puoi lavarti il viso o con l acqua ghiacciata oppure puoi decidere di ustionarmi! Dalla doccia niente acqua calda ci siamo dovuti lavare con le bottiglie!peli ovunque!per chi soffre di claustrofobia è meglio evitare pure di passarci avanti!ascensore massimo 3 persone senza valige!e speriamo che sia finita qua e non dobbiamo ritrovarci con qualche malattia!

entertainment one night and sleep was ok

we paid on booking.com then we were told to pay another 100 on arrival room and bathroom way to small breakfast was terrible staff not very friendly overall shocking experience will not be returning
