"lovely stay but the things that were wrong would have improved it greatly"

location quietness around the pool

no balcony light. could not sit on balcony as two chairs were broken badly and were unusable and very tatty. broken lump of wood sitting on balcony. kettle needed descaling. lack of information on arrival at apartment as we only had 312 on the keys where there are loads of blocks. Walking around for ages and ended up having to call the office.

"Superb"

Only two standard glasses available and no wine glasses. It would be nice to have a selection. Artificial grass mat outside the entrance door holds rain water and cannot dry out properly, need's to be replaced.

Location.

The curtains in the lounge were shocking. The privacy screen between the apartment next door needs to be put back up. Couldn't use the balcony.

the sun umbrella was a very old beach umbrella which broke during the stay and was not replaced. the curtains to the balcony were all stained and need to be cleaned. the patio furniture was in poor condition.
