Localização excelente. Tivémos problemas à chegada, mas foram facilmente resolvidos.

Patiko, kad butas tikrai didelis ir turi didelę erdvę net ir didesnei šeimai.

Nepatiko, kad dalis baldų buvo sulūžę. Nuotraukos labai gražios, bet tai neatitinka realybės. Kai kurie baldai jau sudėvėti. Balkono baldai tik dėl vaizdo, ant pusės valgomojo kedžių negalima sėstis. Vaikų dviaukštė lova atrodo net pavojingai. Neleidome vaikams ja naudotis. Vonios kambario lemputė erzinančiai žybsi visą laiką. Butas gražus, bet jau reikalauja keisti tai kas susidėvėjo

Very big apartment with several rooms and two bathrooms, so it was excellent for a medium group of people. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean on arrival. The living room, dining room and kitchen were very spacious and made cooking and eating easy going. The balcony without other building in front was a bonus, made the living area very luminous. The communication with the agency was good and they replied promptly by message and calls. Perhaps a bit expensive price per day, but for us it was worth the extra space and the big kitchen to enjoy our week long stay and co-living.

The elevator to the main entrance door was very small, but we found out later there was another door leading to the stairs and a bigger elevator, so we could choose depending on our needs. The kitchen was well equipped but it would have been excellent with a couple of small things more (like a peeler, bowls, oven tray, or additional mugs) that would make our cooking and eating in a group easier. The main road is busy, so it can get a bit noisy in the front rooms if the windows are open. It is not in the city centre of Sevilla (something like 15 min walk to Torre del Oro), but neither too far and the neighborhood Los Remedios has everything needed for a daily routine.
